Mark #13 is part of our "Tribute to a Legend" plumerias. Cultivated by none other than our founder, Mr. Mark Govan, who sadly passed away in late 2019. The Mark #13 is unique in that the outer edge of each petal appears pinkish-lavender in color, and as they age they become even more distinctly lilac.
